What is the status of my order?

Can I change my order?
Yes, you can cancel the order and re-order or you can reach out to us on whatsapp chat for help.
Where do you ship?
We ship orders with in India and outside India through our shipping partner.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once order is placed, it will take 24 hours time to ship it from our warehouse.

Do you offer fast shipping?
We offers premium shipping for urgent order on minimal extra shipping charges.
What if I’m not home?
Shipment will be re-attempted if you are not at home, or if you have informed us via chat, we will set the delivery date based on your expectation.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment options like Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, EMI, Wallets like Gpay, Paytm, Phone Pay, also we accept international payments using Paypal
Which currency will I be charged in?
Indian Customers will be charged in INR (Rs) and outside India currency will be US Dollars.
Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?
We offer partial payments for custom made jewellery on customer request
04. Returns, exchanges and complaints
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 7 days of the time of delivery, if product returned in the orignal condition without hampering the tags and the product.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes you can exchange the product, if product received defective or if you don’t like the fit of the product.
How long does it take to process a return?
It will take 7-10 days, after the product received at our warehouse.
